Fine Arts Editorials

Over the years, Giuseppe Marino has curated, produced, and financed the publication of numerous fine art books and catalogues, contributing to the preservation and dissemination of artistic knowledge.

Among his most significant projects is an edition of De la Loi du Contraste Simultané des Couleurs by Michel-Eugène Chevreul, a seminal 19th-century treatise that revolutionized the understanding of color interaction. This work, which explores how colors influence one another when viewed side by side, had a profound impact on artists, designers, and scientists, shaping movements from Impressionism to Modernist design.

Additionally, he oversaw the publication of a distinguished volume on the Duke of Wellington’s collection of Piranesi etchings, offering a rare and insightful look into one of the most remarkable assemblages of the celebrated Italian engraver’s work.
